Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lifting Gear Inspector to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring the safety of our clients.

As a Lifting Gear Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, installing and maintaining new and existing lifting, rigging and height safety equipment to ensure it is safe for use and compliant with Australian Standards on behalf of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting and testing lifting gear and equipment to ensure compliance with Australian Standards
  • Repairing and maintaining lifting gear and equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Installing new lifting gear and equipment
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on lifting and rigging procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in the lifting and rigging industry
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships and work autonomously
  • Problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Confidently work at heights
  • Comfortable with technology and working from a tablet
  • Current Drivers Licence
