Role Overview:

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide first-line technical assistance in our service desk environment. As a key team member, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving customer inquiries or incidents while delivering fast and efficient customer support.

About You:

  • You should have demonstrated experience in first-line technical support in a similar service desk setting.
  • You should possess a strong understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365, as well as Active Directory and administrative processes.
  • You should be eager to develop your career in IT and willing to learn and grow with the organization.
  • NV1 or NV2 Clearance is required.
