Internal Audit Expert

At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Internal Audit Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing end-to-end delivery of engagements from a risk-based internal audit work program, covering areas such as financial, compliance, performance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute internal audit/risk management engagements in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies
- Develop and implement audit plans to achieve engagement objectives
- Conduct fieldwork, including interviews, observations, and testing of controls
- Identify and assess risks, and develop recommendations for improvement
- Supervise and coach junior team members to ensure quality deliverables and continued growth and development within the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong report writing, presentation, and analytical skills
- Experience in supervising team members and fostering a collaborative environment
- Relevant qualifications, including CA, CPA, or CIA
- Passionate about being at the forefront of change and helping transform how risk is perceived and capitalized on
