As an Internal Audit Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing internal audit engagements to ensure effective risk management, control, and governance processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing internal audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal audit standards and relevant regulations.
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Engaging with clients and effectively managing client relationships.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A strong track record of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working in a Big Four firm or a large multifaceted organization.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in internal audit.
