**About the Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital strategy, while overseeing all social media activity to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing, monitoring, executing, and measuring various social media accounts.
  • Overseeing and collaborating with the social media agency to plan, implement, and optimize campaigns in line with business objectives.
  • Developing and sharing content calendars with relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing quarterly digital and social reports.
  • Managing and monitoring SEO and SEM for AU and NZ.
  • Developing, managing, monitoring, and executing promotional activities on the Valvoline Promotions website.
  • Responding to customer queries from digital and social channels.
  • Developing and executing a digital and social media strategy document outlining the direction of our digital and social platforms.

**To Be Successful, You Will Have:**

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • A tertiary qualification with a marketing discipline.
  • Experience with social media tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics.
  • A can-do attitude, a learning mindset, and a passion for evolving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Skilled in fostering collaboration and building strong relationships with internal teams to drive digital success.
