About the Role

The Enterprise Franchise Development Director is a critical leadership position that drives the growth and success of our franchise network. This role is responsible for overseeing the opening of new franchise locations, managing existing franchise relationships, and leading strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Site Openings:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to support the successful launch of new franchise locations, ensuring seamless integration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with franchisees to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, providing guidance and support to drive business expansion.
  • Franchisee Relations:
  • Foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships with existing franchisees, addressing operational challenges and providing ongoing support to ensure their continued success.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage projects related to franchise growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience, driving results through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Operational Efficiency:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement programs that enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and reduce costs.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, franchisee performance, and operational metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (PMP) are a plus.
    • Experience: Proven track record in project management, preferably within a franchise or multi-location business environment, with demonstrated success in managing franchise openings and supporting franchise operations.
    • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with franchisees and effectively collaborate with internal teams. Strong problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in project management software and tools.
    • Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
