Job Title: Restaurant Operations Supervisor

 

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic supervisor to lead our restaurant operations team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing daily Food & Beverage operations, including supervising staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and ensuring smooth shift operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across the restaurant, bar, and events
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide exceptional dining and event experiences
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards
  • Support the Food & Beverage Manager with rostering, ordering, and reporting

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
