About The Role

As a Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind every shift. From leading your team to delivering exceptional customer service to making sure everything runs smoothly, you'll take ownership and keep things moving in the right direction.

  • Smiles with your mouth and eyes – cheeky, bold, and playful, just like the Mad Mex spirit.
  • Thrives in the fast lane – You own it when the heat's on and keep things rolling smoothly, no matter what.
  • Knows how to balance it all – You bring your professional game while having a whole lot of fun in the process.

Responsibilities
  • Lead your team on shift and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and drive efficiency during busy periods.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic work environment consistent with the Mad Mex culture.
