Field Service Technician - FIFO Role

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in a FIFO role. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled tradesperson to work across a diverse range of equipment and be part of a dynamic team.


The successful candidate will have a mechanical trade qualification, current driver's license, and excellent diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills. They will also possess strong communication skills and the ability to work unsupervised in field.


The role involves maintaining Onsite assets on customer sites, carrying out mechanical inspection, servicing, and repairs across our product range. The successful candidate will ensure jobs are logged in our service module and all paperwork is completed daily.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Mechanical trade qualification
  • Current driver's license
  • Sound diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised in field
  • Ability to participate in on-call roster
