Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned team leader to spearhead our stormwater drainage operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the stormwater drainage crew, guiding them towards project success.
  • Operate major construction equipment, including backhoes and excavators, with precision and skill.
  • Contribute significantly to delivering the annual stormwater drainage program, enhancing community well-being.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of civil infrastructure construction practices, particularly in drainage works.
  • Prior experience operating construction plant, primarily a backhoe or excavator, is essential.
  • Familiarity with engineering construction techniques and standards is required.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, leading the drainage construction team.
  • The capacity to operate safely adjacent to public utilities is crucial.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Holding a current MR class driver's licence.
  • A valid White Card.
  • An Operator's certificate.
  • A current National Police Clearance (less than three months old).
