Dedicated Disability Support Professional Wanted

We are seeking experienced disability support workers for permanent shifts in a local community. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities in their private homes.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centred care, calm under pressure, and excited to make a positive difference in people's lives.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in complex physical care in Disability is required.
- A relevant qualification in Disability or Aged Care or Individual Support is an added advantage.
- Two professional reference checks related to the industry are mandatory.
- Applicants must be willing to provide or obtain a Victorian Working with Children's Check for employment purposes.
- Must be willing to provide or obtain a NDIS worker screening check.
- Have a current or be willing to obtain a First Aid (HLTAID003 or HLTAID004) and CPR (HLTAID001) certificate.
