Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Care Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home.
The ideal candidate will have experience in aged care management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality care. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and families.
About the Role
- Develop, monitor, and implement nurse care plans, ensuring that each resident receives personalized care.
- Assess, plan, and evaluate existing care plans to ensure they meet the needs of residents.
- Perform comprehensive assessments and investigate issues and incidents in a timely manner.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality care.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Experience in aged care management, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, staff, and families.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
