We are seeking a visionary Team Leader to spearhead our Superannuation Administration team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of financial services, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives forward.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective workflows and planning strategies to ensure seamless operations.
  • Foster a culture of exceptional service delivery across all communication channels.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and service, ensuring compliance with resolution timeframes.
  • Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to team members, promoting growth and development.
  • Design and deliver training programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison point for internal issues and client complaints, resolving matters promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including trustees, custodians, fund managers, brokers, and internal teams.
  • Contribute to management discussions and contribute to process enhancements.
  • Oversee team projects and assist with client requests, driving continuous improvement in customer/adviser experience and operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in team leadership, with a background in financial services.
  • Strong understanding of domestic financial products and instruments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, economics, or a related field (desired).
  • Experience with superannuation and insurance products (preferred).
