Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Plumber to take on a hybrid role that combines on-site installation and office-based project management. This is a unique opportunity for a mechanically minded plumber who wants to step up into project management while still being involved on the tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee hydronic heating projects from design through to commissioning.
  • Lead and mentor tradesmen and apprentices on site.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, builders, engineers, and clients.
  • Prepare and track labour hours, variations, and project reports.
  • Ensure all work meets Australian Standards and premium workmanship standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified Mechanical / Plumber with strong hydronic experience (or willingness to learn).
  • Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and people.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Competent in reading plans, technical drawings, and mechanical schematics.
