Key Responsibilities- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end procedures.
- Maintain customer accounts, manage credit limits, and ensure timely payment processing.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
- Prior experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience with accounting software Pentana and the motor dealer industry is desirable but not necessary.
