Job Overview- Support project origination and execution in large-scale infrastructure investment.
- Undertake detailed financial modelling and analysis, reviewing models developed within the team.
- Arrange financing through research, due diligence, structuring, credit, and documentation.
- Negotiate transaction and finance terms.
- Mentor junior modellers to ensure high-quality output.
- Manage relationships with public and private sector stakeholders.
- Collaborate with financial institutions, advisors, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry, market, and regulatory developments in project finance.
- 4-6 years' experience in transactional finance, banking, project finance, or related fields.
- Strong financial modelling expertise and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Experience negotiating complex financial terms or contributing to large transactions.
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, commerce, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Familiarity with infrastructure transactions, project finance, or PPPs is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex issues clearly.
- Commercial acumen, analytical strength, and collaborative mindset.
