We are currently seeking an Early Careers Business Partner to champion our commitment to being a learning organisation. As a key member of our team, you will design and deliver impactful early careers initiatives that empower individuals and strengthen our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage early careers programs that align with our organisational objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent development opportunities and create pathways for young people
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer service and time management
Essential Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Solid work experience in a similar position, with exposure to developing, coordinating, and overseeing early career programs
  • Demonstrated advanced communication and interpersonal skills, including problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Proficiency in the use of corporate business systems, Microsoft Office, and electronic document management systems
Desirable Qualifications and Experience

The following qualifications and experiences would be highly regarded:

  • Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations, such as the Apprenticeship and Traineeship Act 2001
  • Experience with or interest in understanding the Australian Apprenticeship System, NSW and Federal Training Schemes
