Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our retail team as an Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Store Manager to drive sales and create a lively, fun atmosphere in store.
This is a 20+ hour part-time role requiring availability for weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales and KPIs while keeping the vibe fun and customer-focused.
- Managing inventory, maintaining the store's appearance, and assisting with visual merchandising.
- Working with the Store Manager to create a positive and safe working environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in retail, with leadership or supervisory background.
- Passion for fashion and delivering excellent customer service.
- Proven ability to support sales goals and coach your team to success.
