Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lead Technician to join our construction team on the Ross Substation Upgrade project.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Townsville with excellent working conditions under our enterprise agreement.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A QLD Electrical License
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in electrical construction on HV substations
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team
  • Experience in high voltage construction and testing
  • A White Card, LV Rescue, and CPR Certificate
  • Relevant industry experience in the installation, repair, commissioning, and maintenance of HV and substation equipment

You will work collaboratively to deliver major projects safely, on time, and contribute to Australia's renewable energy future.
