This is a senior financial leadership role that operates in a matrix reporting structure, with a focus on commercial and financial functions across the WLA/Licensing division. - Strategic Development and Implementation: Contribute to the strategic development and rollout of the BU's initiatives, ensuring they align with the overarching Corporate Plan, and lead the crafting of data-driven strategic insights to enhance decision-making.
- A relevant degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and CA or CPA qualified.
- Demonstrated experience in senior commercial roles displaying well-developed analytical, decision-making, and influencing skills.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience with at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Commercially aware and financially astute mindset, understanding of how specific drivers impact business performance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability with an ability to work systematically through complex matters and positively influence outcomes.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (primarily Excel and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated attention to detail to ensure highly accurate reporting is delivered to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Student and customer focus in all dealings with stakeholders.
- Willingness to engage in and contribute to an organizational culture that fosters personal responsibility, initiative, and a strong commitment to better outcomes.
