Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bechtel Corporation. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our management team, including coordinating travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, and composing correspondence.
  • Handle complex administrative tasks independently, including coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide highly responsible and confidential support to our team, including anticipating problems and changing priorities, and taking action to adapt our schedule and commitments accordingly.
  • Complete business tasks independently, or refer to other staff, and follow up to ensure action.
  • Duties require accuracy, judgment, a high degree of initiative, discretion, diplomacy, and knowledge of protocol.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and travel itineraries, and prepare detailed expense reports using Concur or other expense report software as required.
Requirements
  • Requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience.
  • Associate degree or related technical training preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.
  • Proactive and takes responsibility for work.
  • Creative and analytical skills would be highly valued to support PowerPoint presentation development and collation of market information.
  • A flexible team player who enthusiastically collaborates across our teams.
  • Ability to multitask, while being highly organized and juggling multiple work streams.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of filing systems and common office procedures.
