Lead Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing robust software test solutions.

  • A strong background in Test and Defect Management is essential, along with expertise in Rest API testing using POSTMAN/INSOMNIA, Microservice, SQL, JIRA, Bamboo, Pact Framework for Contract Testing, Zephyr, Confluence, Postman, Splunk, PCF MS VS code, Sauce-labs

This specialist will work closely with various teams to define and deliver improved digital experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with product owners, business analysts, developers, and participating in agile ceremonies to drive project success
  2. Designing and executing test cases, test scripts using Selenium - Integrated Test Automation Framework
  3. Working with feature teams on Incident Management, Service Request Management, Network and Performance, Mobility, Order Tracker, and Live Chat features to ensure seamless integration
  4. Creating new test data for System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Verification Testing (PVT)
  5. Designing and creating automation test scripts based on user stories to streamline testing processes
  6. Participating in UAT/Pre-Prod/Prod/TVT/PVT activities for every release to guarantee high-quality delivery
  7. Analyzing Splunk and PCF logs and Dashboards to identify areas for improvement
  8. Handling ITAMs (Customer Incidents) to meet SLAs and ensuring timely resolution
  9. Troubleshooting and debugging the Automation Test framework to maintain efficiency
  10. Training and mentoring new team members and trainees to foster growth and development
