Join Our Team as a Full Time Cook

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Brisbane Airport. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Cooking and serving customer meals to order
  • Daily food preparation, plating & packing orders
  • Cleaning and maintenance of cooking and food preparation areas
  • Setup or shutdown of kitchen
  • Assistance with daily stock take and rotation of stock
  • General Kitchen duties where required

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in a busy kitchen or food service environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and WHS practices
  • Valid food safety supervisor certificate
  • Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster (early mornings, late nights & weekends)
  • Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
