Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and availability of our systems.

Responsibilities include investigating and resolving production issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive incident management, improving observability and detection capabilities, and driving automation initiatives. Additionally, you will partner with product and infrastructure teams to embed reliability and operational excellence into how we build software.

Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to balance customer impact and technical priorities
  • Cloud-Native Applications: Solid understanding of cloud-native applications, distributed systems, and modern web technologies
  • Public Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with public cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • SQL Knowledge: Proficiency in SQL querying, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
  • Scripting/Programming: Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Bash, Python, Go, or Java, and experience with observability stacks
