Technology Commercial Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate in Technology, Communications and Commercial. The successful candidate will have a strong background in complex technology and commercial work, with a focus on larger transactional deals.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical, drafting and commercial skills, as well as strong analytical, communication and research skills. They will also have a commitment to high work standards and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting technology contracts and agreements;
- Providing advice on the supply and procurement of goods or services in the digital, technology, telecommunications and media sectors;
- Exposure to digital and telecommunications regulations, media and broadcasting;
- Developing strong relationships with clients;
- Working effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in complex technology and commercial work;
- Relevant legal qualifications;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
