About the Role

The Senior Financial Manager will play a critical role in leading our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business performance. This role will involve analyzing financial data, overseeing cash flow and tax compliance, and managing the finance team to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee tax compliance, including income tax and FBT returns, to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll functions to optimize financial performance.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to reduce costs and improve business performance.
  • Mentor and develop the finance team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Requirements

  • Be a qualified accountant (CPA or CA) with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior finance role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling to analyze complex financial data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience managing full financial operations, including GL, AP, AR, billing, and payroll.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a finance team while driving process improvements.
