At T2 Tea, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our passionate team at Chermside, Indooroopilly, and Queens Plaza. As a Sales Assistant, you'll provide world-class customer service experience to every customer, continually expand your knowledge of products, and become a tea and brewing expert.

About the role

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience to every customer.
  • Expand your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert.
  • Manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to provided standards.
  • Take care of your own health and safety and the safety of others by following T2 safety policies and procedures.

About you

  • Acts with customer in mind.
  • Ready to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and ready to learn.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience advantageous.
