**Job Opportunity for a Senior Landscape Architect**
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Architect to lead our public open spaces and streetscape projects from concept to completion.
This is a key leadership position that requires the ability to manage complex, multidisciplinary projects and teams. As a Principal Landscape Architect, you will oversee and guide internal teams, providing supervision and direction while fostering collaboration across departments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating landscape plans and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards.
- Maintaining OH&S standards and sustainability principles throughout all projects.
- Facilitating consultation processes and preparing reports to support innovative urban design outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design, or substantial relevant experience in public realm design and delivery.
- Advanced skills in developing landscape plans, masterplans, detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Excellent report writing and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work cooperatively with contractors, residents, and internal teams.
