Logistics Support Professional

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering integrated logistics support services to our clients.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics leadership and management, with experience in team leadership, mentoring, and strategic data analysis.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • ILS Assurance: Provide assurance and support across client teams, including HQ, Product Lines, Engineering Support, and Cyber Exercise Team.
  • Performance Tracking: Lead performance tracking for hardware/software procurement and maintain accurate OPS planner boards.
  • Documentation: Uplift ILS documentation and procedures to align with product baselines and internal processes.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support, training, and advice across teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in QMRs, CCBs, and MSRs to ensure ILS engineering requirements are captured.
  • Asset Management: Manage software/hardware asset updates and configuration activities.
  • Process Improvement: Drive stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement in ILS workflows.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, ICT, or related field.
  • Certifications: Project Management Certification and Certified SAFe Practitioner (can be completed upon engagement).
  • Experience: 5+ years in Logistics Leadership/Management, with experience in team leadership, mentoring, and strategic data analysis.
