Overview

OCRT is seeking expressions of interest from Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Managers, who are looking to grow their career with an Australian-owned company working within the National Security Sector as part of our Canberra-based workforce.

We invite applications from experienced ILS practitioners or logistics specialists (with an AGSVA NV1 security clearance).

OCRT is particularly interested in individuals with the following skills:

  • Defence capability lifecycle and sustainment management
  • ILS planning and execution
  • Program and project logistics coordination
  • Defence procurement and sustainment processes
  • Stakeholder engagement across Defence and industry
  • Logistics documentation and reporting
  • Risk management in complex defence programs
  • Requirements analysis and management

For this role, permanent employment arrangements are preferred; subcontracting arrangements will be considered upon request.

Key qualifications and requirements
  • Experience as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) professional or logistics specialist
  • Ability to work within defence and national security contexts
  • Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with defence procurement and sustainment processes
  • Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities
