Job Overview

Wilson Security is a leading provider of security services across Australia and New Zealand.

Our team has industry-leading expertise and a strong local and national structure, enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.

We are expanding in Tasmania, securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Availability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights/weekends
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • General security duties, including patrols and lock-ups
  • Solving issues that may arise
  • Understanding of communication lines and chain of command
  • Emergency and alarm response protocols, including fire systems
  • Maintaining security and integrity of building and infrastructure
  • Submitting incident and hazard reports
  • Good IT skills
Requirements
  • Current Tasmanian Security Licence
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters
  • WWVP Check
  • Experience in a healthcare environment (desirable)
  • Good physical fitness
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments
  • Good conflict resolution skills
  • Well-presented and spoken
  • Great communication skills
