Assistant Store Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and support the development of their team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the store team and manage day-to-day operations to achieve business success
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Role-model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Identify and address any safety concerns, providing a safe work environment for all employees and customers
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience or a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Demonstrated retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and workshop operations
  • Ideal candidates will have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge and be familiar with industry practices
  • A valid driver's license and flexible availability are essential
  • Ability to lift, bend, climb, and drive safely
