Lyka is seeking a skilled Partnerships Marketing Manager to lead our veterinary partnerships marketing strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business priorities and overall brand positioning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a compelling veterinary value proposition and messaging framework that balances brand storytelling with technical depth.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct and analyse qualitative and quantitative research, gathering insights from vets and clinic staff to inform content and campaign development.
  • Partnering with the partnership team to determine strategic priorities for vet-facing content and assets.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a medical, healthcare, or evidence-based field.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with technical experts and distil complex information into clear marketing communications.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working cross-functionally across commercial and technical teams.
