Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms.
  • Provide comprehensive information to customers about our pet insurance products and services.
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns, and queries regarding our services or policies.
  • Assist customers in making insurance claims and guide them through the process.
  • Liaise with vets and pet-related businesses to resolve follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team.
  • Process changes to customer accounts, such as updating contact details or modifying insurance policies.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of product updates, policy changes, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist in the development of scripts or FAQs to help address common customer queries.
