Senior Aviation Development Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and development of our air services in South Asia. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and passion for aviation to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our air service network in South Asia.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, airports, and other stakeholders in the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and passenger traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of route launches and expansions.
- Provide regional intelligence and insights to inform our aviation strategy and network planning.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 8 years of experience in aviation route development, network planning, airline sales/marketing, or tourism strategy.
- A proven track record in business development and stakeholder management in a B2B or government setting.
- Deep understanding of the Indian and broader South Asian aviation and travel markets.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to build and defend data-led business cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate cross-cultural environments and work effectively with international teams.
