Residential Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Operations Manager to join our team at SustainHealth Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of our residential facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services.
- Staff Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to staff members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, adhering to relevant regulations and accreditation guidelines.
- Stakeholder Partnerships: Build and maintain key partnerships with stakeholders, including residents, families, and community groups.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and financial resources, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving financial targets.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives, driving business growth and improvement.
- Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role within residential aged care, with a strong understanding of operational management and quality assurance.
- Qualifications: Current AHPRA registration and relevant qualifications in aged care or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of aged care regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance principles.
