- Manage and maximize the AN-ACC process, ensuring compliance with quality and accreditation guidelines.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Working experience across residential aged care in a leadership role.
- Recent experience across all levels of aged care management, including operational budgets and management, clinical requirements, and HR information systems.
- Understanding of quality and aged care accreditation standards.
- Ability to support a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience and understanding of funding processes.
- Strong communication skills.
- A current Australian Driver's License.
