Key Role Overview

This role requires an individual with high-quality compliance and secretarial support for the smooth operation of Group Boards and Committees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate preparation and delivery of Board and Committee meetings, including high-quality papers, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Assist with corporate and regulatory reporting obligations, including maintaining accurate records.
  • Provide timely governance advice and support across the organization.
  • Manage effective flow of information between the Board, Committees, CEO, and Executive team.
  • Support governance processes, including Board evaluations, Director recruitment, induction, and training.
  • Maintain the Board's annual planner to ensure all key tasks are delivered on time.
About You:

You will be a highly organized professional with proven experience in company secretarial or governance roles, passionate about delivering quality outcomes.

  • Strong planning, coordination, and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing and editing documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with board management software.
  • Relevant qualifications in Law, Governance and/or Business Management.
  • A collaborative mindset, high ethical standards, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
