Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the chair and board by leading the secretariat and coordinating activities related to corporate governance, risk management, and business strategy.
  • Manage corporate governance, including legal services, business support, and policy development.
Requirements
  • Admitted or eligible as a barrister or practitioner of the supreme court.
  • At least three years' experience in legal practice relevant to the duties of the position and experience as a company secretary or in a board environment.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. They will also have strong leadership and team management abilities.
