Nurse Practitioner Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse practitioner to join our team in the Neurology department. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and families on disease management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Provide advanced nursing care, including prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic tests
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management and preventative measures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of protocols and procedures
Requirements
  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
  • Enrolled (or be eligible to enrol) in an NMBA approved program of study leading to endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner
