We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and EMS Coordinator to join our team at Dixon Appointments. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our office infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the maintenance and operation of our office facilities, including HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Manage security, cleaning, and communication systems to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements and contracts, and negotiate and manage contracts for services to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement a planned preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Provide EMS and facilities training to new staff members and contribute to facilities-related projects as needed.
- Develop, monitor, and report on environmental performance, and prepare reports for annual reviews.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in facilities management is essential.
- EMS experience is desired, but not required.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to consult and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in data compilation, interpretation, and analysis.
- Effective time management and priority setting skills.
