About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and EMS Coordinator to join our team at Dixon Appointments. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our office infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of our office facilities, including HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Manage security, cleaning, and communication systems to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements and contracts, and negotiate and manage contracts for services to ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement a planned preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide EMS and facilities training to new staff members and contribute to facilities-related projects as needed.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on environmental performance, and prepare reports for annual reviews.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in facilities management is essential.
  • EMS experience is desired, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including the ability to consult and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in data compilation, interpretation, and analysis.
  • Effective time management and priority setting skills.
