Theatre Set Up Attendant/Orderly Role

As a Theatre Setup Attendant, you play a vital role in the surgical process by assembling, disassembling and managing theatre case set-ups.

This position requires close collaboration with the Sterilisation and Theatre teams to ensure equipment is available for procedures.

You will report to the Nurse Unit Manager and be responsible for efficiently managing your caseload to directly impact patient care.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and comfortable working in a diverse team environment.

Key requirements include:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience within a theatre attendant/case preparation role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a rotating roster
