Job Title:

Campus Services Officer is a rewarding opportunity to work in a busy and dynamic environment providing essential daily services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Room bookings and venue hires
  • Arranging keys and passes for contractors and staff
  • Furniture management, including assisting with furniture moves, engaging removalists for larger, complex moves and stores management
  • Classroom setups
  • Setting out signage, managing notice boards, assisting with event setups
  • Administering the University's vehicle fleet (Driver's Licence essential)

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess effective communication skills, a focus on delivering great customer service, physical fitness to undertake moderate furniture moves, and the ability to work in a flexible way in both campuses.

  • Physical stamina to handle moderate furniture movements
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances

The ideal candidate will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and demonstrate personal qualities that align with the organization's values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence, and Courage.
