Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage external partner relationships and internal enquiries effectively.
  • Identify trends, create innovative marketing and streaming plans in collaboration with teams and partners, and execute strategies across owned playlist brands.
  • Compile, maintain, and distribute accurate release schedules and assets for priority upcoming local and international repertoire.
  • Set up and optimize digital products.
  • Advise and guide internal teams on global digital policies and best practices.
  • Analyze market, sales, streaming, and marketing campaign results.
  • Attend company events and partner concerts.
  • Create and execute partner events and playbacks.
  • Manage advertising on allocated DSPs and ad credits with the Senior Digital team.
  • Develop and maintain streaming service best practice and account overview guides.
  • Achieve set market share, revenue, and chart KPIs according to company priorities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Digital Marketing or Sales, especially within the music or entertainment industry.
  • Knowledge of DSPs and Social Platforms, including artist promotion and engagement best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze data, generate insights, and create comprehensive reports.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with artists, internal teams, and digital partners.
  • Ability to stay current with the latest digital trends, updates, and features in the music industry.
  • Content coordination skills.
  • Presentation skills to engage, inspire, and influence.
  • Highly organized with attention to details.
  • Passionate about the music and entertainment business and willing to build a career in the industry.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
