The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic individualized care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical support to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical interventions.
- Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care, including coordinating with external healthcare providers as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices in aged care.
- Provide education and support to residents, families, and caregivers on health-related topics, promoting independence and empowerment.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care and service.
