Dispute Resolution Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join our team at Relationships Australia NSW.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality dispute resolution services to families experiencing post-separation conflict, helping them reach agreement on parenting arrangements and resolve financial and property matters.
- Work with a range of specialized approaches, including Child Inclusive Practice, to support clients in reaching mutually beneficial outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Registration with the Australian Government Attorney General's Department Register of Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners is essential.
- A tertiary background in Law, Social Sciences, Social Work, or Mediation/Dispute Resolution is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in family dispute resolution, assessments, and mediation interventions, as well as a strong understanding of relationship dynamics, domestic and family violence, child safety, trauma-informed practice, diversity awareness, and mental health and wellbeing.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of $46-$51 per hour, depending on skills and experience, plus 11.5% super and 17.5% leave loading.
