Key Responsibilities- Establish, develop, and manage long-term relationships with diverse clients across various levels of seniority and different business functions.
- Promote Gartner services and capabilities to new clients, effectively communicating the associated value to key decision-makers.
- Facilitate client calls, understand client priorities, and recommend action plans that drive significant value and return on investment from Gartner membership.
- Collaborate with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value delivered to clients.
- Conduct regular reviews of client engagement metrics, focusing on performance and growth opportunities.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
- A proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills are essential.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
