Senior Brand Manager Role

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a seasoned professional to lead the brand strategy and execution across multiple channels and markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG or beverages industry. They will be responsible for developing and executing integrated brand and marketing plans, as well as leading innovation and NPD from concept through to launch and execution.

The Senior Brand Manager will work closely with the sales team to deliver aligned trade and channel strategies, and collaborate with agencies, production, and design partners to deliver world-class brand assets.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as strong commercial acumen and ability to align brand strategy with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing plans
  • Lead innovation and NPD from concept through to launch and execution
  • Partner closely with the sales team to deliver aligned trade and channel strategies
  • Collaborate with agencies, production, and design partners to deliver world-class brand assets
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and campaign ROI
  • Conduct brand performance reviews, market analysis, and insights-led planning

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Experience leading 360-degree brand campaigns from concept to execution
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to align brand strategy with business objectives
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field
