Job Opportunity: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

As a key member of our hospitality leadership team, the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and profitable operation of our venue. Working closely with the Outlet Manager, you will lead by example, set high service standards, and foster a positive, guest-focused culture.

This full-time position is ideal for someone with a can-do attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. Previous experience in a similar leadership or operational role is preferred, but a genuine commitment to service excellence is essential. Flexibility to work all shifts including PM shifts and weekends is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the designated Food & Beverage outlet
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team
