About the Role
">A dense rainforest separates the site creating an attractive environment and providing a separation of the sub schools. A boardwalk which traverses the rainforest links the primary and secondary campus and provides unique learning experiences for our students in a beautiful, natural environment.
">Your Opportunity
">As a key member of our team, you will:

- Contribute to effective management and administration by providing high-level administrative support to senior executives.">
- Develop and coordinate innovative marketing and communication strategies and special events for the school.">
- Establish partnerships with external stakeholders, including local media and industry partners, and develop networks to enhance the school's position.">
Responsibilities
">Key Responsibilities include
">- ">
- Develop and implement promotional materials, including marketing and communication strategies and initiatives.">
- Coordinate special events, including awards nights, Anzac Day ceremonies, graduations, open days, and enrolment information sessions.">
- Manage records and other resources to ensure relevant information is readily available to clients and maintain administrative systems.">
- Coordinate the production of all publications and promotional materials, along with the school newsletter, and maintain website content to ensure accuracy.">
- Assist in producing, implementing, and reviewing the school marketing plan and budget in consultation with senior executives.">
- Promote the school by providing pre-approved good news stories to the media and community.">
- Use information management systems to process information, produce reports, and coordinate dissemination to office personnel.">
- Develop and maintain a proactive online presence to promote the school and communicate with the wider community.">
